• Safety is the cornerstone of the company and will be the leading core value of all Team Members, Managers, Supervisors, and Stakeholders.
• All incidents and injuries are preventable.
• Zero incidents and injuries will be the base line for our team’s success.
• Employees will be empowered to promote and practice safety. This will include all Team Members having the ability to “PAUSE” and re-access work conditions to ensure our Team Members are safe.
• Culture will guide safety starting with Management and Supervisors.
• Gravity Rail will engage employees to actively participate in safety training and key safety metrics to ensure the “team” is focused on safety every minute of every day.
